Question Printer Friendly Version
I’m getting a message saying ‘Operating System not Found’

Answer

This could be due to a number of different factors. Try the following:

  • Check you haven’t left a CD, USB stick or floppy disc in your computer.
  • Remove any that you have left in, and re-start your computer.

If this doesn’t work, then the best thing to do is to take your computer to your nearest service centre.
